Delicious Low-Calorie Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are considered one of the foods that can be included in a diet due to their high nutritional value. They are a rich source of protein, which helps in building muscles and promoting satiety for longer periods. Chicken wings contain vitamins such as B6 and B12, which contribute to improving nervous system functions and enhancing energy production. Additionally, the use of spices like turmeric and black pepper gives the food anti-inflammatory properties and helps improve digestion. Despite their benefits, care should be taken not to consume them excessively, as they may contain high levels of saturated fats if fried.
