How to Make Iraqi Kebabs

7- Salt: to taste
8- Sumac: two tablespoons
9- Onion: 4 medium-sized (for grilling)

10- Tomatoes: 4 (for grilling)

  1. In a large bowl, mix the two types of meat with the chopped onions, chopped parsley, salt, and chopped mint.
  2. Add the two tablespoons of flour and mix the ingredients well again.

  4. Place the onions and tomatoes on separate skewers for grilling.
  5. Arrange the skewers over the hot charcoal and turn the kebabs, onions, and tomatoes until fully cooked.
  6. Serve the kebabs on a serving dish and arrange the grilled onions and tomatoes next to it.
  7. Sprinkle sumac over the kebabs, onions, and tomatoes before serving.
