Create a space in the center of the pan and add two tablespoons of flour. Stir until the flour disappears.
Add half a cup of milk and stir, then add a stock cube and half a cup of water. You can replace the stock cube and water with half a cup of chicken broth instead.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 4: Completing the Cooking:
Let the mixture come to a boil, then add the chicken slices and allow them to boil with the sauce again.
Finally, add a pack of cooking cream or half a cup of cream, and let it boil one last time.
